Full descriptionKonami's ageless amphibian hops onto the GameCube for mix of classic play mechanics and colorful 3D environments. Frogger must perform a rite of passage to gain the esteem of the Elder Council, which involves traversing eight distinct worlds filled with enemies and obstacles. Players not only hop across the levels from a perspective just behind Frogger, but they will also ride atop a snowboard, inside a mine cart, and fly across an asteroid field. Along the way are coins Frogger can collect in an attempt to unlock such features as a blooper reel, hidden characters, and various cheat codes. Friends can join in the action in a separate multiplayer mode.
Nintendo?s reputation for being ?kiddy? has garnered them a lot of negativity from older fans but, then again, its also given Nintendo a large list of great titles, one of those upcoming titles is Frogger Classic. Developed by Konami of Europe, Frogger Classic puts the little frog into eight 3D worlds. In this new dimension, frogger must use his patented jump as well as snowboards, karts, and other vehicles to avoid certain doom.
