Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is an enhanced remake of 2000s Valkyrie Profile on PlayStation. With a storyline inspired by Norse mythology, the game involves valkyrie Lenneth's quest to save Valhalla in the apocalyptic battle of Ragnarok. To do this, Lenneth must first raise an army worthy of the gods. The action takes place from a side-scrolling perspective as players attempt to lure fallen warriors to the heavenly cause.

Once the deceased heroes agree to join the supernatural army, Lenneth must then train them by venturing into monster-ridden dungeons. Battles follow a turn-based format as each of the four party members performs character-specific attacks. PSP-exclusive features include reworked visuals to take advantage of the handheld's widescreen display, new computer graphic cut-scenes, and multiple endings based on the choices made throughout the adventure.
