Distinguishing its self from previous titles, the new DOOM focuses more on an engrossing single player experience. In addition to its frenzied FPS action, it will also scare the wits out of players as they tremble down dark corridors filled with gruesome zombies and monsters ready to attack from the shadows.

This collector's edition expands on the PC game with full playable versions of ULTIMATE DOOM and DOOM II (with 2-4 player split-screen modes in deathmatch or co-op), interviews with the id development team, a G4 "Icons" behind-the-scenes featurette, and concept art of the game.

Special features

Full versions of both the original DOOM and DOOM II are included, giving players who missed them the first time around the chance to play both the single-player missions or join three others in a split-screen deathmatch. Also included is a behind the scenes feature, computer icons, interviews with the development team, and art galleries.
