Full description

Arc the Lad: End of Darkness takes place about five years after the events of the series' previous PS2 release, Twilight of the Spirits. Players take the role of a bounty hunter of sorts, called Edda, who travels from city to city, apprehending criminals and secretly following a suspicious woman known as Kirika. Unlike earlier games in the long-running console RPG series, battles take place in real-time. Strategic elements, such as the collection and use of powerful cards, are also a part of the gameplay.
