The "06" edition of EA's annual soccer extravaganza features new dribbling, shielding, and tackling moves, encouraging gamers to master the midfield game. This year's edition also features an expanded Management mode, which challenges team owners to make smart trades for a powerful, well rounded roster, and follows a single franchise for up to 15 virtual years of play. In addition to the 20 leagues, hundreds of clubs, and thousands of players represented by the FIFA license, the game series' Create-a-player features return, allowing gamers to design their own athletes, teams, and tournaments. On the pitch, rules and settings can be adjusted to suit nearly any style of play.
