Definitely one of the best racing games of this current generation.

There Is nothing negative about this game. Every feature works flawlessly online and off. This is a perfect game that everyone who has some kind of interest in racing games should buy. Although some kind of a GPS system outside of races would be very nice. The game also gives you SO much content. It took me over 50 hours to beet the main game and get my elite license. That does not include the 500 online challenges, bike races and island races. Most of that I haven't gotten to yet!

Loads of fun, its quite addictive but a bit convoluted. Its a real bitch to fail an event and have to drive all the way across the map to try again, and having to pause every 10 seconds to look at the map on races so as not to take a wrong turn and screw yourself.

A little repetitive but pretty fun to hop in and play around.

I've been a fan of the Burnout series for a while and always enjoyed the arcade feel to it. The new open world design in Paradise actually takes away from what I was hoping would be a straight up fun racing game.

For example, I find it tedious to find stop lights to start a race. Even worse is that if I lose a race and want to do it again I need to go back to the other side of the city to find the intersection again...

Sad to say, but short lived in my Xbox.

As a HUGE fan of Burnout 3: Takedown and Burnout Revenge, I was a little disappointed they went to an open world format. What I liked about the previous games is that it really tested your driving skill as you were forced to memorize the tracks and shortcuts. By going open world, there are too many paths to the goal, it became overwhelming and if you missed a turn, you were cooked. It took all the fun factor away for me and left me wanting a lot more.
