The Goozex Exchange (beta) is a new service from Goozex that allows members to spend their points for new products on Goozex. Now you can trade your old games and movies, earn points, and then put your points to good use and buy new products!
The service is still in "beta", meaning that we are testing some of the new features. Goozex keeps extending the number of products available on a regular basis, and we anticipate that it will offer most of the titles available on Goozex in the future. The idea is to offer a venue where you can spend your hard-earned points for new games, new movies, and other products, with an easy and fast process.

The Goozex Exchange is a premium reward service that allows you to order products from Goozex and pay for them with your Goozex points. When you place an order for a product, Goozex deducts the specified amount of points from your account and makes the purchase order for you.
All products are shipped (at no extra cost) to the address you have on file with Goozex at the time of purchase. No fees are required. Just pay with your Goozex points!
Please note: By confirming the purchase of any product you implicitly authorize Goozex, Inc. to provide your name, email, and home address on file at the time of purchase to a third party supplier, for the purpose of executing and managing your order.
At the moment, all orders are shipped through Amazon.com and other fulfillment partners. Goozex regularly places new orders within 2-3 business days from your purchase on the Exchange. New orders are usually processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner within the next 3-5 business days. Processing and shipping times may vary and depend on the product's supply availability.
This service is available only for US and Canadian residents with a valid USPS postal address on file with Goozex at the time of purchase. Products ordered on the Exchange cannot be refunded or returned to Goozex.
Yes. Right now the service is provided with some restrictions. At the moment the following restrictions apply:
- Availability: you can only buy one product in any given 30-day period (that is, if you buy one today, you'll have to wait 30 days to buy another), and only one copy of each product.
- Eligibility: only users with their account in good standing are eligible to use the service. In particular users must have a minimum feedback score of 100 or must have completed 5+ trades as seller with positive feedback in the last 60 days.
- Selection: the service is provided only for select products.
- Eligible points: Only "fully earned" points can be spent on the Goozex Exchange. Fully earned points are available points minus any points associated with a trade not yet completed with positive feedback.

By participating to the program or requesting a product on the Exchange, you explicitly understand and accept these terms and conditions.
When browsing a specific product page, the button indicates that the game is listed on the Exchange.
Also, all products available for sale on the Goozex Exchange are listed in the Exchange section.
