  • Question for fellow Canucks

    What method do you use to ship games to Canada, also to the States? When I go to the post office, it's about 2.75 to ship a game (within Canada) in a bubble mailer.. But if I want delivery confirmation it's closer to 10$. I would imagine that without delivery confirmation I have very little recourse...

  • Requesting proof of how a game was addressed

    Recently a game was sent to me and the delivery confirmation said I got it, but I never received it. (maybe the postal worked scanned it before delivery, as this thread talks about...). The trade has since been forced positive by Goozex and the 1000 points deducted from my account. All I asking for now...

  • Buyer didn't receive product though DC confirms it delivered

    I sent out a product on the third that had a confirmed delivery on the fifth. The buyer states he did not receive the product. What is the general protocol for something like this? The buyer's concern is that it might have been swiped from wherever USPS left it. I really don't know what to do...

  • Delivery confimration / Tracking number with leading zero

    I did a search but didn't see anything on this topic. I sent two different items yesterday and added my tracking numbers to the "confirmed shipped" message. since we have a sorting facility here in town they usually show up on the site by the end of the day, but when they weren't on...
