  • Cancellation request help

    Ok. I requested a game and after the seller agreed to send it (by the 14th), I get a message from him that says: "Sorry, I was going to fulfill the order via GameFly and they have closed my account." WTF??? So is he basically admitting that he is putting games up for trade that he doesn't...

  • LOng Wait?

    I'm new here on goozax, I already sent two of my games out with success. The thing is when I got the points for the game I want. I have a long wait status in position 799, I mean wow, really how long is a long wait?? Is there any way I can make this go a lil faster.

  • Full packaged shipped minus disc. Shipper cant find disk. Can any one help?

  • Seller doesnt send, I dispute w/negative fb, now he requests cancel...

    So seller didn't send b/c he forgot about it/didn't check his email for 2 weeks/sucks. So in the dispute he offers to "accept negative feedback or send the game." I say send the game asap. 3 days later he still doesn't have it sent out, so I tell him to just accept the negative...

  • How do I cancel a request?

    I'm sure I am just overlooking it, but I was wondering if someone could please tell me how I can cancel a trade request? I sent the seller a PM but was wondering if there was some other process I needed to go through so that the cancellation was recognized by Goozex? Thank you
