My ps2 has lasted me 6 years strong. Never had a problem. Only the multitap broke after many uses and my favorite controller died, a MadCatz mini blue one. It probably took thousands of hours of work. The worst to happen to mine was that GTA:Liberty City stopped working only on my console after my friend borrowed it. Works on anyone elses.

I am going to HAVE to get a good look at halo wars, gta 4, star wars unleashed, and the new Dynasty Warriors. They all drew me in in either pc, 360, or ps2, and I am ready to play them on my new 42" lcd and hdmi.

I would agree with them that xblive has been doing horrible over the hollidays and should of expected that 100%. Call of Duty 4 failed so many times i was about to throw my 360 at the wall (well not really.) Halo 3 was ok, but failed much more than should be. Xblive would freeze on me for 10 seconds at any random spot. Overall it sucked but i havent

I played my ps2 for 6 years now (i think) and its been a blast. I have spent countless hours gaming with myself and friends. My ps2 has run flawlessly the entire time. The only reason I quit is that i didnt feel the online presence was big enough and skipped over to pc. I am now onto the 360 with most of my friends.

I have joined the steam community group. I don't play css much anymore, but I used to average a very nice kdr. I could of probably turned pro, but turned to 360.

Downloading a game is piracy as it was taken from the original cd. Chances are you will get spyware\virus(es). You could sell the cd keys on ebay or craigslist or sell them to a friend.

Soldat is good overall. Playable in decent sized servers when you have 56k. Easily moddable, and FREE. A few advertisements but not horrible.
