My experience with stickers on a disc is that it will come off after repeated use. I am not willing to take that chance anymore. Personally, for myself, any disc with a sticker is capable of destroying my ps3 (I use it to watch movies) and therefore unplayable just because I am not going to test a stickered item. My understanding of full package: artwork, case, movie, and insert if applicable. Some movies have the cardboard cases or extra discs. Those should be included too.
