I haven't read all posts here but just wanted to mention an update that we announced with yesterday's newsletter: sellers that incur in multiple timeouts are automatically set in Vacation Mode and all their offers are frozen in the meantime. The problem affected all movies and games in the Goozex system. It was caused by a recent change to the Instant Match system to support the new "Bonus for seller" promotion. Unfortunately that update introduced a bug that was hard to discover (and fix).
