So, things are moving along pretty well with my Goozex trades. I had a little bit of drama with something I sent, due to an apparent website glitch and Canada Post's slowness, but Creatures 3 finally made it to its destination.
My only complaint so far about Goozex lies with their inability to respond to concerns, particularly regarding payments. It took payments@goozex.com nearly 2 weeks to respond to something they should have fired off an auto-reply to in 24 hours. I finally gave up and resolved the issue myself in less than a week's time.
It's just stupid - I missed out on a trade because they couldn't or wouldn't get back to me. Someone needs to be replaced in the payment support department, IMO.
Just received my points and glowing feedback from Bahzing! He says: "Amazing condition, thanks a bunch!"! I hope I can get rid of the rest of my offers as quickly and easily as this one.
Today, I shipped off my first trade (Akira DVD) to Quebec. Looks like I'm finally in the Goozex for real!
