The user may want to test it out first, or they have been busy. I was out all day yesterday and got home late. I still have 2 things to leave feedback for.
Just sit back and relax.
After testing it. I leave feedback same day but sometimes it takes several days as most people have a life and I do not.
Some users are busy and like to test their games first.
I have a few trades pending feedback that I have gotten in the past few days and will be leaving feedback for after testing them out. They all physically looked great but I like to be careful and safe.
I am testing them tonight or tomorrow personally so you may just have some slowpokers too.
It usually takes me about 48 - 72 hours to play through a game, break it and blame it on the post office before I leave negative feedback.
Send them a ton of PMs begging them to leave feedback. They will typically leave it a lot quicker!
Sometimes people are just too lazy to leave feedback, or maybe they are busy and just prefer to let it time out. I personally think it's rude, but some people do it anyway.

I tend to take a couple days depending on work. I still need to test monster hunter try and then add it to my backlog

Yeah, Unfortunatlely, one of my games was delivered the 12th and 10 days later hasn't received feedback...the guy also never leaves comments on the games he receives and does not cooperate...typical texan!
