there is a trader named DarkBattle, from which I have requested modern warfare 2, he accepted the trade and clicked confirm shipped 6 days ago, now I sent him 3 PMs since that trade day, and to today he has not replied, so I checked out this guy's history, turns out...the last 2 games the buyers have sent negative feedback saying "game not recieved". Ok so now, how can I assure that I do not get screwed over in some way, and I do not want to be waiting like a month so goozex decides to switch the trader or refund my points. I really want this game and I do not wish to be waiting weeks and weeks...thank you

Send a PM to a mod here and he can flag the person's account to get it checked out. Further than that though, you just have to wait. If you check his profile and he has been disabled/banned, then you can leave any of the negative feedbacks to start the process quicker than the normal time out.
