The seller sent out two games, but says he/she switched the games by accident. How do I get my points back? I had asked for bioshock 2, but received supreme commander 2 (PC). Who do I contact.
The safe thing to do is file a Negative, have them dispute it. And go through Goozex, have the seller pay to ship the games either back to him or you two can switch with eachother. But have Goozex involved so you protect yourself.
