well onHBO the new prmiere the Pacific came on lastnight, did anybody watch it and if so what did you think about it? oh and also, did you think it will be better than Band of Brothers.

Crap...I forgot about it.  Went to try to find the opening date for it when I saw the last 10 sec of the commercial and missed it.

EDIT:  It appears that Part 1 of the premier is available to watch on their site.

Sunday might still be the day that the most people are home watching television. I haven't really looked at statistics lately but historically it's a much bigger night than Friday or Saturday. Most people have "lives" (although it's probably closer once you take out the people getting wasted/high on those nights).

Got a chance to watch it last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  Felt like BoB in the Pacific, which was what I was hoping for.  Granted they're still really just introducing everyone, but I already felt for that MGer early on.
