So, if Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Hulk, Wolverine, Captain America, and Spiderman were all put in a 5 city block and had to fight it out till there was clear cut winner who would win. They get 24 hours to prepare for the fight.

I presume it'd be superman. I don't know a whole lot about the lore behind superman, but I know there's only a select few things that can harm him, none of which the others have.
Opponents like Batman, Spiderman and possibly Captain America (know even less of him) being human shouldn't pose much threat (IDK how much damage Spiderman can take though, but certainly not as much as the S). Hulk's biggest thing is being able to thrash everything about and that mere physical damage would do little to the S I'd presume.
Lastly, Wolverine. He too I don't think would pose much of a thread to the S, but he'd also be quite likely hard to keep down. I guess Superman could just rip him in half or send him to space to finish him off.
Superman (from what little I know) doesn't have any weaknesses that would cater to any of the others strengths, and many of them have awesome powers, but still relatively frail bodies. Superman it is.

I would say superman as well. The only one I could see beating superman would be batman since he would be the only one smart enough to use kryptonite. If he knew he had to fight superman he would have that stuff woven into everything of his, from his batmobile to his batarangs.
If they can bring stuff into the arena, Superman stands no chance. Otherwise, it will come down to Superman and Hulk. In the end, Superman should (and would) come out on top.
I voted Wonder Woman. As much as I love Superman, Batman would beat him every time because he's smart and carries the green stuff in his belt everywhere he goes. Wolverine would beat Cap and Batman hands down. The Hulk would calm down eventually, and could be beaten when he's normal. Wonder Woman doesn't really have any weaknesses though, and she's impenetrable (I can sense a sex joke already) like Superman but has no weakness against any Kryptonite or any other swubstance that I know of.

Superman isn't stupid though, all of Superman's bad guys know Kryptonite will kill him but yet he's still around....
Is Kryptonite available on earth? If not (was my assumption), it wouldn't matter. 24 hrs, even for Batman's technological advantage, isn't enough time to travel to any distant planet (not that that tech exists currently anyways).
