Once upon a time, a guy asked a beautiful girl 'Will you marry me?'The girl said, 'No.'And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcyclesand went fishing and hunting and played golf a lotand drank beer and vodka and went out with the boys whenever he pleasedand had tons of money in the bankand left the toilet seat up whenever he wanted.

Yes BUT nothing is compared to waking up next to her, kissing her softly to wake her, making her breakfast in bed to see her smile, having someone who you know intimately, etc.
Relationships have perks and in a good one you can still ride motorcycles and go fishing and hang with the boys. Not every girl is TV psycho bad you know ;)

Huh. Not at all the maf response I was expecting.
I, too, have a wife who encourages my hobbies and interests.

I have been married for 16+ years to a wonderful woman, while the OP whether joking or not is not even of drinking age - I vote for romance.

i agree whole heartedly. sure a wife can be irritating, naggy, and cranky, but when you have a wife who loves you for all your stupid little quirks, puts up with your half completed projects, your need for football, beer, video games, cars, and tools the least you can do is show her you apreciate her.

I agree that you should show that you apreciate her but you should be doing that ever day. Valentines day is just a corporate holiday and a money grab.
As for the half completed projects I would say that those are all my wifes since she doesnt seem capable of completing a project.
yeah valentines day shouldnt be the only day. its almost forced that way. in my house the half completed projects are the series of project cars that end up getting sold or traded. Lol

What holiday isn't?

Grandparents Day...Give it time!

Cheeznrice is correct. I am legal age in Canada. I just got a kick out of this little adage. That's why I posted it.
