I'm pretty pretty sure I'm being scammed. Two different accounts, two different names, same address requesting the first two games that I put up for trade. Very, very sketchy. I already accepted both though. I sent a message to both users asking them if they knew each other. As of right now I'm planning on ignoring the trade and just not sending the games. Anything I can do with the site that might be a better option?
As long as you get Delivery Confirmation when you send the items out, you'll get your points. The most they can do is claim the games don't work, in which case they'll have to send them to Goozex for testing.
However, users aren't allowed to have two usernames for one address. It's possible they could just be new users that didn't read all the rules.

That would be a huge mistake on your part. The users could give you negative feedback. Send it out as Chambered suggested with delivery confirmation and you will be fine.
There were a few threads a while back where some people got their Accounts Hijacked. I wonder if these are stolen accounts trying to collect some free games?

Either way it's the same address which means two accounts at one location which violates the site rules.

My situation is similar. I have had an account for over 2 years. But just recently my landlord wanted to join the site so i referred him.
Now we live in a double decker house. I live on floor 2 while he lives on floor 1. Completely different apartments yet our addresses are exactly the same except my lists apt 2 and his apt 1.
Maybe you are witnessing something similar?

if he signed up on the same IP that you use, that would automatically trigger a lock of the second account.

Definitely not the same IP my wireless router is locked and he does not have the password. He emailed help@goozex.com and has not received a response. I tried flagging blackcoyote for him but nothing.

Just to update everyone. One of the users replied and said that he did live at the same address but mentioned nothing else. No explanation. I'm considering photoing the games (to show everything is there) and using DC when I ship them (to show they got them) and sending them dispite my suspicion. To add to my confusion they both have really good user ratings. One is 380 the other above 700. If I ship them in the way I mentioned above is there any possible way that I could be screwed.
