So I thought of starting out own poll to decide what was the game of the year for Goozex forum users.

I know that not everyone has played every game, for that reason I have made the list very comprehensive so that it can cover everyone.

Games are in alphabetical order.

If I am missing your favorite game from 2009 let me know and I will add it here.

I was going to vote Beatles because I love the music and the whole game, but I had a hell of a lot more fun playing Borderlands. I still need to finish the DLC though... :(

I originally thought Dragon Age: Origins.

Now that I've had more time with it, I'm thinking Uncharted 2...

I voted ODST, simply because it's the only one I've actually completed this year. However, I've had a lot of fun with Borderlands and L4D2, but only when playing with friends...SP isn't nearly as fun. Dragon Age is good but I haven't made it very far into that game, and I'm really looking forward to playing Assassin's Creed II, but haven't finished the first one yet. Tongue Tied So yeah, there were quite a few good games this year...it's hard to pick just one.

By June 2010 i'll have have my vote sorted out for 2009 GotY.

I was definitive on my picks for 2007 and 2008, but there were too many good games to end the year...

Demon's Souls still didn't seem to make the cut for the list. There are two Prototypes, though.

Dragon Age: Origins of course. Those who chose CoD: MW2 are blind imo. That game hasn't held my attention at all. I get an urge to play every couple days or so, but it is no where near as gripping Multiplayer wise as CoD4 was. The lack of Party chat in regular Team DM has a lot to do with it. I know it's in Groundwar, but I hate Domination...

Also wish the maps were more balanced. Like I keep saying, one side of the map sees all the action and everyone fights for that area like its King of the Hill. Only a couple are truly balanced, and those maps are still decent at best.
