I generally don't find much stuff there but man, Walmart looks good this year for black friday.

Isn't walmart staying open all night Thursday - Friday so that they don't have such huge crowds? I thought I read that somewhere.

I heard that's Walmart's new policy; keep the doors open and let lines form inside at the respective departments.
I don't know what good that'll do except keep the tramplers warm whilst they stomp out life...but what do I know.

they are doing this so they can organize lines of people in store and there won't be a stampede and possible trampling deaths (at least that's what they're hoping)
So... will shoppers be able to shop while they are inside the store or stand in line till a certain time? If the items go on sale at midnight instead on like 5 of whatever, it could make it a little better i suppose.. though I will be snug in my bed this year.
I thought all walmarts were 24 hours now. I can't think of one walmart in my area that's not normally 24 hours.

Ours is not 24-hours, but will be for this Friday. However, they just finished reconstructing it into a Super Walmart, so maybe they are planning on changing it to 24-hours permanently. That PS3 bundle seems like a good deal...too bad we already have one.

I've been to Black Friday 2 years, and have never once fought (or seen a fight) nor have I sold my soul.
I did get a great TV and computer screen though. And some DVDs.

Just my personal experience, If it is worth it to you then good for you. If your looking for deals though the week or so prior to Christmas is much better for deals.

I've heard that if you take an advertisement that beats wal-marts price they give it to you for that advertived price. Like I want to get L4D2 for 35$ , but don't want to drive to Best Buy toget it ,so if I take a Best Buy advertisement ib there that says L4D2 for 35$ will they give it to me for 35$
