Game's Audio skips on a trade I just received

So I just received a trade and the audio skips during play and during cut scenes. At first it was really bad but once I got into the game it happens every 1-3 minutes, sometimes worse, sometimes better.

What do I do as far as feedback is concerned and should I worry about when I trade this game back into the system?

The game is Ninja Gaiden for the X360 and I have installed it to the hard drive. It has a fair amount of scratches but typically amount as if you bought from a used store.

Any ideas?

I'd check to see if it's a common issue with that game and the x360 first. Then I'd try cleaning it and try installing it again. Then I'd contact the user and notify him. Then if nothing works try contacting goozex if you've already left feedback

Feedback has not been left yet. I have like 3 days left I think.

Maybe try cleaning the disc up gently using whatever is the recommended method. Reinstall and see if it works

The game is not broken by any means but it is very annoying. I am more concerned about feedback I will receive when trading it back into the system, so I want to know if it is acceptable or not so I can leave the appropriate feedback now and not have to worry about my feedback later.

actually i believe that if you read the faq the game is broken by goozex's definition

Wait... is the audio and cutscenes skipping while the game is installed to your hard drive?
If so, that might be an issue with the hard drive or the system.

If it's only doing it when playing off the disc, then I'm sure the scratches are responsible.  I don't know if it warrants a negative, but at the very least a +5.

As for shipping it back out, get it resurfaced if you're worried about it.  Skippy Disc works wonders.
