Not getting points upon acceptance of trade anymore?

I accepted to ship two games out yesterday, and did not receive the points credited to me immediately.  I haven't offered a game in a few weeks, but previously I got the points instantly upon accepting the trade.  Has there been a change I wasn't aware of?

Issue 2:  I accepted an instant trade for borderlands, which told me I would receive 1200 points for the trade (1000 +200 bonus points).  After accepting that trade, the value of the trade shows up in all places as 1000 points.  What gives?  Will I only get those points on successful completion of the trade?

they changed it so that points are given upon confirmation of shipment now.

 

Also with the bonus point thing I believe that the bonuses are given when you receive positive feedback or the system auto-closes the trade.
