All my feedback is positive. Some tool tried to say I sent him a bootleg Sims. He was lying, Goozex ruled in my favor, but my account is still limited and my feedback dropped by 250 points - even though I was not at fault. Why should I keep trading with Goozex when I follow policy, go through the system to resolve conflicts, am vindicated, and am still punished?
And, this "customer service" leaves a lot to be desired. Having to post this to a forum is ridiculous. It would be different if you didn't charge for your service, but c'mon.

Here's some other advice, two part, don't whine and complain so much, asking nicley will get you much further. If you don't like the service go someplace else. In the way of charging what the trade tokens, $1 a piece, that is not that much.
