Should MW 2 be listed as available for trade on PC? I believe the game is tied to a Steam account, regardless of whether or not it was purchased at retail.

It should, and probly will be sometime soon. I dropped my listing for the PE version, when I went from on Monday 9th(10pm PST)...I was in 5th place, to 3rd place on Fri, to being 1st in line on Sunday, AND no games had been traded to that point.

Take a look at the L4D games, NONE are trade-able, being a Steam registered game.
