Requested a game - now the seller's account is disabled

Yes you can, but it might just end up quicker to leave a negative.  When I was in this situation, I left a negative for unplayable.  I made great detail in the note that it wasn't received yet, but I was unwilling to wait 2 weeks to see if I got my movie from a trader who had been banned, undoubtedly for good reason, and had less than zero reason to send the movie, in case anyone read it. Three days later I had an automatic refund.

Not that I'd promote abuse of the feedback system, but in this situation, where they are no longer even a member of the site, it's not like they're in any position to dispute the feedback.

Have you checked to see if you were sent a trade cancellation request? Pretty sure this is what Goozex does now. Whenever an account gets disabled, trade cancellations get sent to any users they were in a trade with, before getting disabled.

No, I haven't gotten a cancellation request. And I still have 2 days left until it'll let me leave game not received feedback.

EDIT: OK, I just left negative for game not received.
