From now until January 31, 2010 you can get a NEW FREE movie from Goozex by trading out 10 of your previously owned films. So you get the points and a new movie! To be eligible you need 10 positive feedbacks on any movie trade by January 31, 2010. The following are the pre-selected movies you can receive with this promotion for DVD or Blu-Ray only:

One thing in the official rules that should be said here. Regardless if you send out 10 or 100 movies, only one movie per eligible member.

I like this as it might get some more movies flowing through the system. Other than that, it has no effect on me. I've only sent out one movie, although I request quite a few. With movies, if I buy it, chances are it's a full fledged keeper, so they don't get sent out. It'd be nice if it were 10 movie transactions, not just sales, but what'cha gonna do?

Yea, the free movie trades is pretty cool, too. I can't complain.
I've got more than 10 movies in my queue to send out, just no one is requesting them :( Hopefully the free trade promotion on movies will liven up the queues.

so this starts today? I just sent out a few movies last week, so those do not count towards my 10 total?
also, when does the movie officially count towards the total? upon verification that it sent? or upon positive feedback? I'm still waiting on feedback for one of my movies I sent out, will that count towards this promo?

If you get positive feedback today it counts. If you got it yesterday...it does not count.
