I just replied to back-to-back Facebook status updates on my sister-in-law's profile. Of course, my replies were smartass remarks, mocking her butchery of the english language. She failed to catch my intent and now I feel a little let down. What are your thoughts on waging a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent?

Still get a sense of satisfaction. Nothing better than mocking someone who will never understand until someoen has to explain. It enhances their rage more in the end. xD
Especially on a public forum like Facebook...odds are at least some of the people she is friends with will get it.

As long as someone besides myself is getting the mocking, I don't care if the recipient gets it. If it's just 1v1 though, it kind of kills the point.
