Well, people have been scamed before but it is a risk you have to take, but welcometo Goozex.com anyway.
The site itself is legit. Some people out there, just like anywhere else, can be conniving, but the failsafe systems on the site protect you. You just have to learn to be patient. And also, out of twelve trades I've done, I've only had one bad situation, and it has been rectified by administration.
Great site. Just read ALL the faqs to understand it, and have patience.

Goozex offers a 100% guarantee. If something happens and you get the short end of the stick, goozex has you covered. As you can see in some of the signatures on the forums, users have completed many trades with great success.
Goozex is a fantastic site for getting used games as long as you don't mind waiting a bit.

Im not really scared its because i want modern warfare 2 and future shop is being a bitch (sorry for the language ) and i want to find another way to get it

Well, it could be a while before you get Modern Warfare 2. New release games (especially high demand ones like MW2) can take a couple of months before they really start trading out. And even more so since it's primarily a multiplayer game, I think trading will be slow on that game for a while.
So if you're looking to get new games quick, this really isn't the place to do it.
As far as the legitimacy of the site, it's definitely built to protect buyers and sellers both. That's not to say that you can't get scammed (by users), because it can happen, but generally, Goozex does everything they can to prevent it.
As a seller, there's no real way that you can get scammed and lose your points. All you have to do is proove that you sent the game to the user (which is really easy with Delivery Confirmation).
As a buyer, it's a little easier to be scammed, but it's not very common because when it does happen, the user is caught pretty quickly because of the excellent feedback system.

Yeah, if you just joined and just want Modern Warfare 2, good luck on that. There are about 600 requests for the 360 regular version version alone, and I'm guessing you have no points. Hope you stick around though and actually enjoy the community and trading though.
op is in canada, where there is no viable delivery confirmation, so it is possible to be scammed as a seller. Not much of that going on here, its not like ebay/paypal with cash involved. i did get matched with one user who had a few pos fb...then was leaving neg after neg for not received. I reported him and was disabled, but I'd assume those sellers were indeed "scammed". In nay event it doesn't take the savings from every many successful trades to amke up for a rare problem.
Even though he can't get DC, receipts can be used as proof of sending.

Don't worry OP, this site is legit. I was in your shoes once wondering the same thing. However, I have now come to love this site and have sent and received quite a few great games and movies, and I will continue to do so for quite a while.
