I got matched up a week or so ago for a ps3 game. The user confirmed shipped on Nov 3. It is late Nov. 9. I know Goozex provides automatic feedback after 14 days. So what do I do if I never get the game? How long should I wait before I take action etc. I perused the FAQ's but couldn't find what to do if the game never ships. The user provided a delivery confirmation # but apparently it is a # that states he shipped the package from his house. So I guess it left his house but USPS has no record of it being processed or anything beyond that. What to do?
Leave negative for Game Not Received
You need to wait until the absolute last day before you drop negative feedback, it's only been 6 days, if the person shipped media mail, it could take up to 10-11 days. So relax. If they dropped a dc number they probably sent it out and USPS haven't updated that item yet. It happens.

/\ This.
Your best bet: if you don't have the game in the mail tomorrow, send the seller a quick and polite PM on the status - should clear everything up. Give it a little more time for a reply and/or game to arrive. If you have not received the game by this weekend, leave Negative feedback to protect yourself. If it turns out the game arrives a couple of days beyond that, you can always update the feedback to Positive.
Usually the earliest i'll leave a Negative is about 10-11 days from the date it was sent, considering the trade automatically closes at 15 days (for domestic trades).
