I'm hoping that someone with more Goozex experience can answer this one for me. The trading info for one of my requests indicates that I'm in position 4 with 3 restricted requests ahead of mine. It's been this way since Monday. There are over 70 offers for this game but I haven't been matched yet. Is the system giving those users time to get enough points/tokens for the trade? I thought that the system would skip them, especially with so many other offers available.

If you look at the supply of the game there is no supply.  Everyone that has it has it on hold.  Give it some time and you will eventually get matched up with someone that takes it off hold.

Ya, when I look at the offers (I am shipping within the US only) I see 76 active offers and 0 requests. It looks as if no Candians are offering the game and that is your problem.

Edit: If you were planning on only using the game in the promotion and not playing and you still haven't been matched it might be best to take it out off your requests soon. I'm not sure how long the promotions runs but that would be a bummer if you didn't even want the game but got it and you couldn't use it in the trade

what game is it? Have you checked the request to make sure they are active and not on hold?

Is it SFIV? because there are no active request, so either you are restricted due to a lack of tokens or points, or you have been matched.

It is SFIV (for 360). My request seems to be active to me - I have more than enough tokens and points, and it shows up in the active list. When I check the trading statistics for it while not logged in it indicates that there are 3 active requests.

Is it possible those 3 requests are not open to trade to Canda?

matches occur every half an hour or so so if you just listed it may take a little while to get matched up to it. There are more than enough of available copies of this game  (70 something) to get matched to you so you should be matched up to it very soon as long as you have the points and token you need to receive it. 

ninja edit -- if you open up your trading to the US that may also help as the others above just pointed out because none of those offers may be from your trading region

No, my trading region is Canada only.

I've had the game on hold for several months and I activated it three days ago, so it's had a fairly long time to match.

My plan was to use it as one of the two titles in the Rogers promotion where you can trade two games for Modern Warfare 2, but it looks like i probably won't get it in time for launch day.

I was under the impression that it showed only your current region. how many are available in canda only?

Yep, you're exactly right. I didn't realize that I was looking at the offers for all regions. The supply difference would make sense since I think that there was a sale in the US where SFIV was going for $20 but I don't think that sale happened in Canada.

Thanks for all the help with figuring that out, Goozex definitely has a pretty stellar community :-).

Oh yeah, there was defintely a sale. I picked up a copy of the PS3 version for $20 from gamestop and shipped it out for 950 points. I don't even own a PS3 but wanted to build up some points.
