So someone requested a game from me, and I accepted the trade.

I forgot about sending the game out for a week. I messaged the buyer and apologized, and shipped the game out. S/he got the game - November 3rd - like, thirteen days after the proposed shipping date - October 21st. Buyer requested just the disc, I sent the whole case/manual! In excellent condition, too. What a deal.

I know it was sort of dick to wait a week to ship out the game, but it happens, you know. Currently I'm disputing with the buyer over NEUTRAL feedback. The official argument was "insufficient postage" even though s/he got the game (just got it late). Fight the fight or accept that I didn't send the game out immediately?

Buyer, I didn't want to call your tag out, but feel free to post here and call me a douche and shit. I'm already slightly notorious on this site for the video stuff.

Cheers

Was there insufficient postage?  If there wasnt fight it since sending late is annoying but not worthy of a neutral.

Even though you were wrong in shipping late, if they are leaving a neutral for insufficient postage and it isn't true, than fight it. If they are using that as a way to penalize you for late shipping, escalate to Goozex. That is blatant feedback abuse.

Either way, they will have to prove to Goozex that there was insufficient postage and that they owed money

Well, I used the Goozex postage system with delivery confirmation, so I know the game got there yesterday at 1 pm and there's no note of insufficient postage.

Fight it,don't let them get away with it. If you used the Goozex postal thing they offer, you should be covered by Goozex even if they was postage due. I am not sure how it works with that though as i have never used it.

Absolutely fight it. We can't let people get away with abusing the feedback system like that
