Incomplete game/return question

I requested a 700 pt game complete, and got it with no case or booklet(PS1). Should i message the seller, ask to cancel the trade and send it back? i don't mind shipping it back, as the shipping cost is worth it to get the whole game for me. can the seller not agree to this? what do i do then?

also, if we can cancel the trade and (i assume i get my points/trade token back?!) i request the game again, do i get put in the back of the line, or do i get the next one available? thanks for the help.
