I sent an email to feedback@goozex.com about a recent trade that I have an issue with on 10/30/2009, but have yet to receive any response. Is this normal? I noticed that the Help page said between 48-72 hours, and that has elapsed by this point. Is there anything else I should do? Thanks!
Weekends are not included in that time estimate, so give it another day or so. If you still haven't heard anything, please let us know and we'll escalate it for you.
