I was wondering if it's common for Goozex to drop prices for games when sequels come out? i.e. Left 4 Dead and Call of Duty.

It does happen, but not automatically.

Part of the pricing scheme on Goozex takes into account retail pricing of the game itself - further modified by suppy and demand of the game.

Example:  If a game retails for around $50 and trades on Goozex for about 900-1000 points, then universally drops in price at retail to $30, you would see the points value gradually decrease down to about 600 points.

Depending on if the game has significant supply or demand on the site, it may take more or less time to reach about 600 points.
