Ability: Unlimited sprint. Pro Ability: Get over obstacles faster.
Ability: Faster reloading. Pro Ability: Gives a speed boost to how fast you can aim down the sight of your weapon.
Ability: Full resupply from dead enemies. Pro Ability: Extra magazines.
Ability: 2 primary weapon attachments. Pro Ability: 2 secondary weapon attachments.
Ability: Replaces your secondary weapon. This allows you to change your class at any given time during a match. Pro Ability: Swaps classes even faster.
Ability: Increased bullet damage. Pro Ability: Increased bullet damage vs. helicopters and aircrafts.
Ability: Move faster. Pro Ability: ?
Ability: Killstreaks require 1 less kill. Pro Ability: Death Streaks require 1 less death.
Ability: Undetectable by UAV, air support, sentries, and thermal. Pro Ability: ?
Ability: Increases explosive weapons damage. Pro Ability: ?
Ability: Increased melee distance. Pro Ability: Same as above, plus you don't take damage from falling.
Ability: Increased hip-fire accuracy. Pro Ability: Just like the Iron Lungs perk from Call of Duty 4. You can hold your breath for a longer period of time.
Ability: Scrambles (jams) the enemy radar in a small radius. Pro Ability: ?
Ability: Invisible to heartbeat sensors. Pro Ability: Allows you to move silently. Equivalent to the Dead Silence perk from COD4.
Ability: Insertions. This will reveal enemy explosives and Tactical Insertions. Pro Ability: Louder enemy footsteps.
Ability: This allows you to survive a normal death. You will drop to the ground and pull out your pistol. Last Stand ends after ~10 seconds or if you get shot again, which results in your death. You can also crawl in the Last Stand mode. Pro Ability: Same as above, but this allows you to use your equipment too.

A few interesting takeaways:
1) The perks now have a basic level initially unlocked when you reach the level requirement and a second level to the perk later unlocked by completing specific challenges.
2) The secondary weapon slot which normally gave a choice of handguns also gives the option to equip shotguns, explosive launchers and small automatic weapons.
3) The ass this game will kick; there will be much of it.

Mine is pre-ordered, locked, and loaded.
Voted No, not interested. Primarily due to what they're trying to pull with the PC edition, but even still, 4 didn't hold my interest as long as W@W did, so I'm not willing to pay a HIGHER pricetag for more of the same.
While I might get it down the road when it goes on sale for $20ish, more likely than not I'll be skipping this one altogether, for by then I'll be looking at releases of Bad Company 2, Supreme Commander 2, and Starcraft 2 (not really interested there, but I'll probably get dragged into that one).
They don't deserve my dollar here. Blur (racing title) looks kind of neat though.

Voted yes, as I'm not passing up MW2. Its gonna rock again. W@W was complete ass, so it will be nice to play a CoD game from an actual competent studio.

How about a perk to let the people who suck at fps to live at least 10 seconds before they have to respawn again.... I would take 5 seconds really...

lol, appears IW is taking out a staple facet from each platform with this release...dedicated servers gone for PC users, no party chat for Xboxers, what is PS3 going to lose? The ability to reload?

Made my decision easier. I'll be skipping it.
No party chat during some playlists on ranked matches. It is not accross the board. Most are assuming this is for Search & Destroy mode. but this is all rumor over a screenshot, and has not been confirmed by IW.
