I am the buyer. Here is the dispute:Posted by: Goozex system on October 19, 2009 - 15:14:25Buyer reported feedback for the trade: NEGATIVE (I have NOT received the product) with the following message:Posted by: Buyer on October 19, 2009 - 15:14:25Game not received because seller said he isn't "able" to ship to Canada.Posted by: Seller on October 19, 2009 - 15:46:50i sent a trade cancellation request to the other party, because i can't shipt an item to canada, i wasn't aware their was a canada option. The other party didn't accept the cancellation and is now trying to give me a "i never got the product" and it's true because i tried to cancel it and they ignored it. I'm fairly new and what not so...this makes me feel like i'm being bullied by the other party.Posted by: Buyer on October 19, 2009 - 16:33:14This is just as ridiculous as the other person who disputed their negative after admitting to having not sent the game! These should be auto-closed! They sent a cancellation request, I didn't accept it, they still didn't send the game, I left negative... end of story. Why do people insist on delaying me getting my points back and me getting back in line for the game by disputing the feedback when they know it's going to just result in a negative? Kind of silly if you ask me.Posted by: Goozex system on October 19, 2009 - 16:33:31Dispute escalated to Goozex by buyer.Posted by: Goozex system on October 19, 2009 - 18:28:54Dispute escalated to Goozex by seller.Posted by: Buyer on October 19, 2009 - 23:30:08Not sure what you're looking to get out of this. Thanks for wasting my time.Posted by: Seller on October 20, 2009 - 01:23:17i'm not trying to get anythinng out of this, i would gladly have you get your points and credit back, but i would rather not have a negative feedback when this could have been resolved by YOU just accepting the cancellation and getting it back sooner.Posted by: Buyer on October 20, 2009 - 14:52:50or, you could have just sent the game like you said you would!they aren't going to remove your negative feedback... so what is the point?you're wasting their time now too. Good job.Posted by: Seller on October 25, 2009 - 03:03:43or you could stop being a douchetard canuck and accept the cancellation...Posted by: Seller on October 25, 2009 - 20:55:46and the reason why i can't send to canada is there is no way to track the item, so i could send it and once you get it you'd just say you didn't get it and i'd still get negative feedback, i don't trust you as a canadian one bit, since you don't even have the common courtesy to just accept a cancellation.Posted by: Buyer on October 26, 2009 - 00:07:39If you looked into it, you would realize that there IS a way to get delivery confirmation when sending from the USA to Canada. It's called the customs number. Goozex accepts that as proof."Douchetard Canuck"? Come on. Grow up.I hope you realize how ridiculous it is to not trust someone for not wanting to accept a cancellation when they have every right not to! Americans and Canadians do it all the time. You messed up, now you get negative. Deal with it.People like this don't deserve to use Goozex in my opinion. It's pretty annoying having to wait weeks to get my points and spot in line back because of this guy.
Isn't the default setting that your trading region is just to your country and that you have to ACTIVELY change your settings if you want to open up your trading across the border? I don't see how the seller could have been caught off guard.

Wait for it... wait for it... Now that he knows that the customs number verifies shipment for goozex, he'll mail it out, leaving you stuck waiting even longer and getting himself a positive, even at this absurdly late time.
Why didn't you just accept the cancel?

This. Being a nice guy even when the other party is being unreasonable solves 99% of these kinds of problems.
Come on, this surprises you?
dtp11:i don't trust you as a canadian one bit
dtp11:you could stop being a douchetard canuck
I am not even Canadian, but them are fighting words.

Maybe his hatred for Canadians is why he can't trade to Canada. I don't agree with the seller's tone, but this could have been handled easily by accepting the cancellation. This was unnecessarily escalated.

Why should he have to accept the cancellation. If i am not mistaken you have to physically select Canada in your trading region. The seller added Canada to his trading region. I think it may be a case of wanting to get games from our buddies to the North, but not wanting to send them.

To be nice? Unless a user has a history of scamming, I always accept the cancellation, as it is the polite thing to do. To not do so causes arguments, hard feelings, a waste of time for Goozex CS.

And long, divisive forum threads.
G-Nitro: Come on, this surprises you?
dtp11:I can't believe people would even consider defending the seller.
I am not defending the seller and his language. But that would never have happened if you had just accepted the cancellation.
dtp11:Please elaborate. I'd like to hear why this wouldn't surprise you.
You already answered it yourself, so let's not get into a catfight ladies.
I do see your point. And i am with you on the polite thing to do. The only time i ever did not accept a cancellation request was after i already sent the game. But not being able to know who the seller is we do not know if they have a history of scamming.
