Watchmen the end is nigh -- Complete experience

I recently requested Watchmen the End is Nigh -- The Complete Experience ( I only click on the disc-only tab ) .....I recieve the game , and I said WTF , there wasnt a blu-ray movie . It was supposed to include the blu-ray movie . I gave negative feedback ....( 2 weeks went by , and I saw that the seller won the dispute ) Once again I was like WTF , goozex sent me a message that said because I requested Disc-Only I dont get the Blu-Ray movie , I only get the game . I WAS SOOOOO PISSED OFF .....Sooooo if I put the game up for offering as Disc-Only , will I win the dispute if someone opens one on me for not including the Blu-ray .
