Don't make two of the same topics and rate them both 5 stars.
You should have requested Full Package as with Disc Only the seller is only required to send you the game disc, everything else is optional. When you get matched to send the game out as Disc Only you will be safe as you are only required to send the disc.
You should be fine if you list the game disc as "Disc Only".
Basically that game disc is the only thing that comes with the 360 version. The PS3 version comes with the movie on Blu-Ray on a separate disc with a couple other extras in the case.
To eliminate any confusion, if you list as disc only and match with someone, you can always PM them to let them know exactly what you'll be sending.

I can sort of understand Goozex's stance on this for disc only, but wouldn't this allow people to just separate this game into two listings and try to profit even more from it? This edition is going for 500pts right now and the Director's Cut Bluray is going for 400pts. Instead of only getting 500pts for sending them together as full package, a user could list both as disc only and get 900pts. Therefore, the user gets 400 more points than he/she deserves. I just think it allows users to abuse the listings. It sucks, but next time you should request a game as full package if you want bonus discs since they are not required for "disc only" unless they are needed to play the game.

It's an a$$hat move by the seller if they purposely tried to split up the set to trade as 2 different listing - i'll agree with you on that.
The listing for this game doesn't really make it clear if the movie is on the same disc or a separate one, which doesn't help the issue. For the most part, it fall on the buyer to do a little extra research to avoid these kinds of problems. Checking out the game's Amazon listing or even PMing the other user before the game gets sent out always help when in doubt.
Side note: picked this up (as Full Package) a while back since it seemed like having the games would be a nice bonus in addition to getting the movie on Blu-Ray. After 20 minutes playing it, I decided the games probably lower the value of the overall package. Easy trophies/achievements tho...

That is ridiculous. I guess if I want to trade out my Oblivion GOTY edition as disc only then I can keep my extra content disc and just send the game disc. Then request the standard Oblivion and make a small point profit and screw over whoever is unlucky enough to get matched up with me.
Unforunately, gamestop is the same way. I went to buy it used and asked the person at the counter if it included the movie and they said no, used only counts towards game discs and a blu ray movie is optional.
so has this case been reopened in light of the newer issue of the same kind?

Watchmen THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE is a game disc AND a movie disc. Disc only means you get both discs, no case, no insert.
I am shocked the dispute went the other way, I believe that is absolutely wrong.
If the gooz staff could pleas update on this issue
I wonder why this never got past the 1st page. If it had, this issue might have turned out like the current one. Considering the new ruling, I think Goozex should look into this especially since the user in question who sent out the game did intentionally split up the movie and game to get more points. I see this as being as bad as trading multiple movies between two users in one day to get lots of extra bonus points. It's exploiting the system and it's not fair.

Up until Goozex made the new ruling Disc Only meant you only needed to include game discs. So there is no reason for Goozex to go back and change the rulings since the user in question did not break the rules at the time. Sure what the user did is a bit shady but it was within Goozex's rules therefore the feedback should be left as it was.
Wow, KilMak is here arguing it as well. I glanced through the feedback and didn't see the game in question as having been traded. I'm really surprised.
On a different note, it's kind of jacked up that Goozex just now decided to change their mind on this issue when it had been an issue for months. Now everyone whose trades got changed to positive (like OP) now have an untradeable game.
Can they relist under the not complete experienece one? Or is there a difference in the disks? Merely curiousity, I'd hate to see the people stuck with a game. At least they can most recoup IF someone decides they don't want one with a bluray.

Wait can someone reclarify "old ruling" vs. "new ruling" on this matter?
Which is the current ruling?
