The new restrictions table will be as follows:
It's a minor adjustment that we believe will help free up more trades, and in particular for the newer members.

I'm not seeing much of a change besides the additional slot for newbies and the increases past 20, but good nonetheless.
I agree with G-Nitro though. Well established users in the 1000s really shouldn't be hindered so much with the slots. More games moving mean more happy sellers and more revenue for Goozex!

Not trying to be negative, because I think we all like the idea of more trades.. but I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't create a large increase in problems... because in my limited experience it's nearly always the new or 0 trade/received users that cause a large percentage of the problems with getting trades. Of course not all are going to be problems, because we are all new at some point, but it does give more leverage to those who want to screw with the system itself. So I'm hopping there are other precautions going into place to help offset this or and least alternatives considered in case such things do ramp up.

This was meant to have a next to it.

This is for the user's slots as a buyer. So it doesnt' really affect gettign matched to a new user as a seller, since presumably those slots stay the same. This will just mean there can be more recipients with 0/0 history.

I don't like looking at fancy numbers so I'll just nod my head in agreement

Thanks for the clarification!, I should have read it more closely. I don't see why more open buyer slots would hurt anything, at least not when just quickly giving it a thought.
Haha. I'd like to thank the G-Team for this increase. I did ask for only 5 or 10 more slots while at the meetup, and I thank them for listening and making this much needed upgrade.
