I picked this up a couple of weeks ago when Amazon.ca had it on for $40 Big Smile  I also picked up a second accessory set (leg band and resistance band) for around $20.

I just started using it Monday and I'm impressed with it so far.  You get great instruction from your choice of a male or female trainer and instant on screen feedback if you are doing the exercise incorrectly.  You can choose to do the 30 day Challenge or you can select a workout to do from the presets.  I haven't counted but there are probably 75 workouts (with various intensities and muscle group focuses) and if that doesn't meet your needs you can design your own.  One thing I really enjoy is the goals section and calendar.  I haven't quite figured out how to change my goals beyond what they defaulted to, but it's always nice to see progression and get feedback.

You have the option of training by yourself or you can do co-op workouts.  My one complaint about the co-op workouts are the number of reps don't seem to track individually.  Instead one person might do 8 reps and the other might do 12 reps to reach the target of 20 reps.  Another downside to the co-op workouts is it doesn't support the Wii Balance Board.  To do exercises that utilize the Balance Board you must train by yourself, but seen as I don't own a Balance Board it doesn't really apply.  It did however prevent me from getting one.

Overall I highly recommend this.  I plan on incorporating it with the weight training and light cardio I already do.  The only real downside is the pack-in resistance band doesn't offer as much resistance as I had hoped, but you can always buy resistance tubes with various with higher weight equivalents.

I should also add that if you're requesting this game from Goozex as anything less than Full Package you can pick up the official accessories for about $20 at retailers.

edit:

I forgot to mention that after every workout you get a summary of how you did along with highlights of what you did well and what needs more work.  Last night the trainer told me that the Inlined Skating portion "owned you!" Sad
