Had Sonics Ultimate Genesis collection for 360 listed, it found a match. The guy PMs me asking me to cancel the trade, as he accidentally activated it.
Am I going to lose my spot in line if I let it time out? I don't want to lose my spot, thats the main thing.
What would you guys do?
if you let it time out, your game will be put on hold, you should not lose your spot in line
No, you do not lose your place, however, it is a richard move. Yes, I have done this as well..
MOD EDIT: fixed inappropriate language.

i hardly consider it a "richard" thing to do if the buyer doesn't want the game and the seller is willing to just allow it to time out
The thing you want to be careful about is that if you let the same listed item time out several times, the game will be removed from your offers list and you will lose your spot in line. I don't know if goozex changed it's policy, but I think it's after the second time you let a game time out that the game is removed.
This is to prevent bad users from abusing the system (i.e. deliberately offering a game under a phantom account and letting it time out multiple times -> this holds honest users accounts hostage for 26 hours each time), but it puts honest users like yourself in a tough situation.
You can let this one time out, but if another user requests for you to time out the same game, I would instead accept the trade and then have the buyer (NOT you) cancel the trade (to allow yourself back to your original place in line).

No you will keep your spot. I have done this for another user in the past. Just don't let it time out agian or you will be put to the back of the line.
