I am going to follow Killmak's lead. And i set up a Fantasy Basketball League on ESPN. We will have a live draft on Sat Oct 10 at 7:30pm est. League name Goozex. PW gooZex. Only nine more teams can join. Note League is now full.
I joined.
<rant>I have problems using espn for fantasy anything after they deleted the first two weeks of the fantasy baseball season a couple years back.</rant>
I have absolutely no interest in basketball outside of march madness and won't be able to make the draft, so I will pass.
I am in. It's my first fantasy league so I might need some guidance. The only other fastasy game I have played is College Pick'em and Hoops pick'em
Joined. i'm gonna bring the sonics back to life!
Joined. I'll probably have to auto-draft as I'll hopefully be tailgating at the UF-LSU football game that night.
Slushersa, I'm happy to answer any questions you have. I've never played fantasy basketball before but have played fantasy football and baseball for years.
I'm in
I'm in, I have never done it on ESPN, usually sporting news. Should be fun. I love basketball.
Sweet! Just joined. I will try and make the draft, but if not, I will set my pre-rankings.
Wow that went quicker than i thought. 2 more spots open.
First noob question,
what does this mean?
slushersa: First noob question, POSITION LIMITS POSITION MIN MAX Point Guard Shooting Guard Small Forward Power Forward Center what does this mean?
Position is the position they play IE Lebron James is a SF. Sorry was wrong the min/max is total number of the position you would want if you auto pick.
that what i kinda thought just weird that the default is 99 for all but center which is 4, very weird. Sorry the numbers didn't show up when i copy/pasted.
Sorry, one more noob queston: Do you have to start 1 pg, 1 sg, 1 sf, 1 pf, 1 c. or can u start like 5 centers?
You have to start a player for each position. So for the Goozex league you need to start: PG, SG, SF, PF, C, G, F, Util, Util, Util. The 3 Utility players should be anyone you want, the G would either be a PG or SG, the F would either be a SF or PF.
