So, I've been a bit out of the loop lately. I know in the end, fighting game storylines are pointless....but I just Goozed this game, and haven't really seen the series for a while. Awesome game, but as of now, I'm unsure as to where the storyline went.

Anyone want to spoil the series up until now for me, so I know what the heck people are fighting for?

really no story line in this game previous games were battles for control of soul edge

plus it's a fighting game who plays it for the story

Honestly I just love the create a character but the last game had that board game style story mode where you could level up and it was basically SC Tactics. Wonder why they took it out of the game D:
