I received the wrong game...sorta?

I requested the full package of the limited edition version and instead received an original copy with a "limited edition bonus content" disc thrown in the case and not even held properly. This was not a good trade and a waste of my extra 200 points. If I wanted an original copy I would have traded for it. How should I go about this for feedback? I had started to think neutral but I feel it also qualifies for a negative, because I only got half of what the "disc only" would entail, considering there was no Limited Edition case, box, manual or disc. Only the "bonus content" disc. I did a little research online and just about everything on the packaging is different with Limited Edition version vs. Original. Should I leave a negative and opt for my points back? I'd even send him this game back, considering what I got lol.
