How long does a person have to leave feedback?  I ask this because I have sent out two games that have been confirmed delivered.  Is there even a time limit?  Thanks in advance!

14 days and 21 days international. Don't worry people like to test games out.

No problem, it's a pretty common question on Goozex.

Here's another question.  I just recently traded a game without a manual(some people are extremely anal about this I guess) and got a neutral feedback.  I don't mind the neutral really as long as I get the points for what my game is worth.  How long does it take?  It is in a state where it says it is not resolved, but again, neutral doesn't bother me.

Domestic it is actually 15-17 days. Most people don't realize that the countdown starts when they promised to ship. If they say they'll ship in 1 day then 1+14=15 and if they say they'll ship in 3 days (like most do) then the system gives them 3 days to ship then 14 days for feedback for a total of 17 days from acceptance of trade...

This is not being anal, there is clearly a catagory for disk only.  That is where games without manuals go.

Put your no manual games there from now on please and thank you.  Smile

That's fine, but I personally wouldn't care as long as the game worked anyway.  And the game I gave was in perfect condition.  But again, some people are just like that.  Like anyone uses the manual more than once anyway...

I think you are missing the point.  If you list the game as disc and manual and you then only send the disc then you are not living up to what you said you would send.  Your justifications don't mean jack.

They might not mean jack to you, but they mean something to me.  I don't really care what you think, no offense.

No offense taken, but I still think you are missing the point.  If you order a Big Mac meal from McDonalds and they don't give you the fries, are you going to be satisfied when they tell you that most people don't eat the fries anyway and besides the burger was in excellent condition?  I'm thinking no, you'd want what you ordered and you'd be right to.

Look, I was just venting.  I understand that I broke the rules and am being penalized as I should be.  It was my second trade here on Goozex.  I never missed the point at all.  I would have liked it if I was cut some slack, that's all.  Let me spin your analogy around though.  I ordered a Big Mac meal, got the Burger(game) and fries(the protective case/shipping charge), and I asked for BBQ sauce(the manual, something that would be nice but not needed).  I didn't get the BBQ sauce, but it's no big deal, because I am still getting what I desire.  I got a meal.

Big Macs aside, there's simply no justification for misrepresenting what you're sending out.  I'm in the camp that it should be a negative, not neutral, but that's an ongoing battle.

The usefulness of the manual can be debated, but improper listing cannot.  I'd say it's an easy mistake, but Goozex defaults all things to Disk Only, so it has to be manually changed, so unfortunately no help there either.

Still, as long as you're willing to accept the neutral (like you mentioned) and keep this in mind in the future, you're in the clear.
