So I sent out this game "Mana Khemia" in its full package to a user called *REMOVED AFTER BEING ASKED* (sorry about that) and before the date even reached where I could send the game out (said I'd send it out August 14th and he messaged me before the post office even opened asking if I could give him the delivery confirmation number for the game, as to which I replied that I did not send it out. I was sending this game out for a friend who played it once after buying it and didn't like it, so everything was brand new (after this incident I'm taking a picture of every game I send out so I can prove it). I send it out on the 14th and confirmed for him, and get another message on the 17th asking if I've sent it out yet. I was a little annoyed because I did confirm it and had he checked he would have known (don't we get those notifications through e-mail?) so I wrote in a message to him saying that yes I confirmed on the 14th but he would have known that had he just checked his e-mail or his queue, so for next time to please check before asking a question like that or to at least wait 5 days upon not receiving a game before asking. Didn't get an answer but the next day I get feedback saying that the case was damaged (with no specification as to where, and I know it wasn't because the game was practically brand new), that the box was bent on a corner (probably happened through UPS, which he did acknowledge), that it took forever to get the game (4 days!?) and that I was rude. I was not rude and have messages proving that I was very rational about the situation, and I know the case wasn't damaged and I don't think that 4 days is a long time to send a game from California to Georgia. He said he'd send me a picture showing me the damage on the same day I replied to the feedback issue but when I asked for them I never got a response, nor have I gotten one to any other message sent to him in the past 9 days. Now I have this unlawful feedback sitting up in my "Games Sent" history making me look like a bad trader when in reality it's just somebody trying to be a jerk because they didn't like the fact that I didn't use delivery confirmation and asked them not to ask me if the game was sent out after I confirmed it and messaged them saying that I sent it. What do I do? Feedback said that they wouldn't do anything but any other time there's been an issue with a trade I've tried to be very communicative to solve the issue (there was one time only, and the user specifically said that it was an honest mistake and that I was very communicative and helpful in feedback). Does the untruthful feedback have to stay? :/
They're not removing it because the case being beat up (whether it was sent like that or happened in transit) is a valid reason for a +5.
You could try emailing them again with the pms sent between you and the buyer, to show you weren't rude, and see if they'll remove that portion of the statement.
Politeness and rudeness are very subjective though, so it's hard to say that in his eyes you weren't rude, in which case that portion of the feedback is justified.
At the very least, if he received the game 4 days after you agreed to send it, then they should at least be able to remove the bit about it taking forever to get to them.
1. HOLY WALL OF TEXT, BATMAN!
2. Remove the user's name.
Please don't post user names. I will now read your story but take the name out

OK now that I skimmed. Just email Goozex support. Thats not a negative or even +5 offense
Did and they said they wouldn't do anything to it because it wasn't "inappropriate". Any other ideas? I mean I know it's not an offense but if I'm going to have a history on here I'd like it to be truthful. So I mean if there was a packaging issue or something (which there has been before but it actually happened) then yeah leave it, but this dude was just clearly angry at me asking him to look for his own answers because it would have saved him the trouble of asking the question.
i think you deserve the feedback since you did not include that copy of mana khemia with the copy of Growlanser you sent me
Well I wish we had been paired for that one instead of this pairing! I think you would've been much happier with it than the other user lol..
That's a shame.
While he shouldn't be leaving feedback about your character (or shipment times unfortunately), given that the case may very well have been damaged in transit, the +5 may stick.

I understand being mad about a +5, but in the grand scheme of things, a +5 is still a positive.
At first I thought you were complaining about a neutral or something...
I thought you were complaining about a neutral also, I was going to come here and say you deserves a +5. Personally I would have geven a +10 for that, but people who like their games in near-perfect condition have every right to put +5's for any reason they choose. Goozex does not reverse +5's as they are the buyer's descretion. There is nothing you can do about it, you still got a positive and your points so be happy.

Er, I think you guys are missing what I'm saying here. I'm not bugged about a +5 or +10, I'm bothered about the untruthful parts of feedback, like saying it took forever to get across the country to the user when it only took 4 days, or saying the case was damaged and not specifying where (the box yeah, in the mail I'm sure, but the case? It was in the box, no way). Please read the full message when giving comments, because I'm not really interested in "You should be happy with a +5". The whole point is that I'm not stoked having someone say I'm rude and late and have that reflect off of other buyers when it's not true.
