Michael Vick is back in the NFL. Now all he needs is a team to play for.

Vick, free after serving 18 months in prison for running a dogfighting ring, was reinstated with conditions by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday. He could participate in regular-season games as early as October.

Vick can immediately take part in preseason practices, workouts and meetings and can play in the final two preseason games—if he can find a team that will sign him. A number of teams have already said they would not.

Once the season begins, Vick may participate in all team activities except games, and Goodell said he would consider Vick for full reinstatement by Week 6 (Oct. 18-19) at the latest.

Anyone want to start a pool to see which team he'll end up with?

Whoever signs him is asking for a PR nightmare.  Should be interesting.

How about the Raiders? They don't seem to have much of a problem picking up troublemakers, and Al Davis doesn't care what anyone thinks.

Culpepper is just not that good anymore so Lions are in desperate need of Vick

He's fast and has a good arm to get the ball downfield without getting sacked 2 seconds in because of a horrible line and slow QB

I wouldn't mind if he backed up Aaron Rodgers though... we could run the Wild Cat wit' him

or maybe a PR heaven. He will DEFINITELY be on sportscenter every week, and this could prove to bring in the cash for whoever signs him (or scare away the $$$, its a toss up really).

At least they'll be able to get him for cheap, lol.

While I find what he did appalling, there are far worse criminals/addicts in professional sports who seem to get numerous chances.  It's nice to hear that the league reached out to Tony Dungy to see if he'll mentor Vick, I hope he does and I hope Vick really has matured.

I would welcome him to the Raiders, he'd fit right in Smile

What? Damn donte stallworth gets a few days for KILLING A HUMAN and Vick gets two years for killing dogs. Vick deserved the time but stallworth should have gotten at least 10 yrs.

Oh and i think Vick will end up in either Minnesota or DetroitCool
