I sent a game out on June 19, which was a friday, so the mail pick up might have only been done on the Monday, even so, it's only been 13 days, and the buyer just sent me a negative feeback. I've sent out 28 games, and received 16 games so far, and this is the first Negative.
Was the buyer a little premature in giving a negative? 13 days, including 2 weekends and a holiday (July 1, Canada Day) that only leaves 8 business days.
I opened a dispute, I sent 2 games at the same time, and the other was received 1 day ago.
I'm just wondeing if the Negative was called for.
15 days is the new deadline (for domestic trades; international is still 21 days). Granted, they should have maybe waited a day, but I don't know if that makes much of a difference. If you truly sent it, then dispute it, which should give it another week to get there.
Thanks, I was not aware that it had changed to 15 days.
Canada day? Well if you sent it within your own country then yes, it is now 15 days for same country. However, if you sent it to the US then it is still 21 days...
Here is the change info:

Dispute the negative if you haven't already and extend the trade window.

I opened a dispute, hopefully he will receive the game today. I sent 2 games at the same time, and the other one was already received.
